| The economic crisis has afflicted Rutania for far to long, we have become a nation with little hope, nearly 20 years ago this nation was reeling from the aftermath and destruction of a civil war, our second in the last century, shortly after the economic crisis began. Too many years have passed with few results, it is time we come up with a long term solution to this problem. We propose adopting measures to allow Rutania to become the economic hub of the continent and possibly all of Terra. Through adopting legislation that is friendly to business we can create and stimulate an environment that will encourage corporations to choose Rutania when picking their industrial centers and corporate HQ. --Whig PA Economic Committee |
