| Since the September Revolution many misguided youth, lured by the false promise of luxury and prosperity in foreign nations, have fled Kalopia seeking a better life elsewhere only to find themselves oppressed and impoverished at the hands of rapacious Istalian companies. This is the collective failure of the entire Kalopian society. We have promised freedom and prosperity, and yet many of our brightest are leaving for what they see as the fulfilment of such promises elsewhere. We cannot allow this to happen. The government shall henceforth prevent the departure of our most talented, and instead integrate them into Kalopian society and economy. |

Current: The nation issues passports on demand for any reason to its nationals
