This act is to bring the constitution in accordance with the normal law. In addition the Knesset also hereby declares: 1. The commission shall always be chaired by the Rav Aluf or the vice-rav aluf and the members of the committee are always chosen by the Rav Aluf, as well. 2. All candidates suggested by the commission have, in accordance with the constitution, take an oath on the Rav Aluf. 3. This is a normal law and can be changed/abolished/altered with a relative majority of votes. |
