| Current legislation dictates that the local government provides their own law on this issue however we believe that this should be made a criminal offence across the whole nation, due to the fact that a child or someone underage may be exposed to indecent things. Additionally to this if an individual had be subjected to sexual abuse or violence and had to witness this then they may find the ordeal extremely difficult and may cause them to have flashbacks. |
