| Executive Order 4. Amending Executive Order 2. The Social Services Center will be renamed to Equal Treatment Foundation. Its budget will be reduced to 150,000,000 END that is copletely allocated by the organisation itself Deschi Roland President of Endralon March 4228 Exeutive Order 5. Outreach Scolarship Program In light of the terrible Education Reform of the government I hereby launch the Outreach Scholarship Program and set aside 175,000,000 END from the Head of State's Budget as funding for it.
