| Dear People of Dranland, Upon January 4235, it will have been 50 years since the end of the Bandongjuuijadang(Reactionary party) Government and the beginning of Union of Dranland(which was formalized by 4187). Since January of 4185 was the restoration of democratic governance, which has continued without interruption to this very day, we feel we should commemorate this occasion by proposing that the government begin preparations to celebrate the Jubilee of the Union Day in 4235.
