Description[?]:

AN ACT to derail the possibility of a member of the government and/or Knesset in holding two or more administrative offices simultaneously.

Article 1: Constitution of legislative breach
An individual commits an offence under this legislation if he/she:-
(1) Holds two government, law enforcement, military offices might it be within the cabinet, an executive office such as the Presidency, a military office such as Rav Aluf, simultaneous (at the same time) or a high ranking position in any law enforcement agency.
(2) Refuses to abdicate from his position in a government, law enforcement or executive office if it is deemed that he/she has in fact breached Article 1, Section 1.
(3) He/She knowing applies for a position in government/the military when he/she still holds office in another government/law enforcement/military organisation.

Article 2: Prosecution of offenders
Persons who breach the provisions as outlined in Article 1, Section 1-3 are subject to:-
(1) Imprisonment of up to fifteen (15) years.
(2) Forced abdication from all position he/she currently holds under command of the Committee for the Constitution and the Supreme Court.
(3) Barred forever incapable of gaining public office (might it be under the government, law enforcement and/or the military).

Article 3: Powers of the Committee for the Constitution.
The committee for the constitution reserves the right to:-
(1) Forcefully remove an individual (with dual occupations in the government, law enforcement and/or military) upon investigation
(2) Bar any individual forever incapable of obtaining public office (might it be under the government, law enforcement and/or the military).

*This legislation is a normal law and as such it can be amended and/or abolished with an absolute majority by the Knesset.
