Bill: Enviromental Reform Resolution

Description[?]:
It is necessary that as a nation our citizens may make full use of natural and economic resources for the sake of productivity and a higher standard of living. Current policy restricts the growth of industry and individual economic opportunity through direct enforcement of pollution restrictions and the mandate for expensive " environmentally" friendly forms of transportation. We of the Paranational League seek to amend this policy allowing government environmental agencies to propose sensible guidelines for industries to follow and by lifting restrictions against fossil fueled cars. |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
