Agricultural Reform Act
A Bill to amend current policy in regard to Genetically Modified Crops; absolving restrictions with regard to production of aforesaid products, to lift restrictions and standards for the welfare of livestock and to end current quotas with regard to the capture of fish.

Definitions
Genetically modified crop- Any agricultural crop whose genetic code has been intentionally altered via selective breeding or genetic modification to give said crop a specific advantage with regard to growth, resiliency or yield.
Livestock- A privately owned animal which is kept for the production diary or meat
Welfare- An established standard regarding the upkeep of livestock set by current policy
Quota- An established limit set by current policy with regard to the capture of fish from natural bodies of water

Article One
Whereas current policy restricts the sale of genetically modified crops, such policy shall be amended to lift any restriction with regard to the production or sale previously defined genetically modified crops

Article Two
Whereas current standards with regard to the welfare of livestock are found to be to restrictive such standards shall be abolished hereafter for the economic benefit of farmers and ranchers

Article Three
Whereas quotas have been hereby set for the capture of fish from natural bodies of water, such quotas shall be abolished and there shall be no limit set or enforced upon the capture of fish from natural bodies of water.
