| The league considers current policy with regard to the issuance of passports and border security to be far to restrictive. We therefore seek to amend current policy in order to enable the free movement of our citizens across the globe all the while maintaining a reasonable level of security with regard to the movement of nationals and foreigners in and out of our nation Article One Any citizen may be issued a passport by direct application to the Foreign Office with approval dependent on whether said applicant provides a clear reason for traveling outside of the country and whether said applicant can pass a background check the standards of which are left to the discretion of the Foriegn Office Article Two Foreign nationals will be permitted entrance into the country provided the can provide a reasonable explanation for their presence, clearly state their destination and describe their intended activities . Foreign Nationals shall be limited to a visiting period of two weeks with any extension of their presence in the country requiring further approval by the Foriegn office. |
