Bill: Anti Racism Act - Parti Socialist

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Socialist

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4242

Description[?]:

To prevent discrimination in job recruitment:

*We need to introduce tests to trace discrimination at job interviews by undercover civil servants.

To prevent discrimination on the workplace:

*Random controls concerning discrimination at the workplace.
*The government controls a ombudsman's office concerning discrimination at the workplace where people come to report they're victim of discrimination.

Both government companies as private companies should be achieving targets in recruiting people so our entire society is represented.

There should be no discrimination to people wearing religious symbols/clothing.

-------------------------------------------------
Government should be investing in intercultural meetings. Diversity is reality.

Language- and other exclusion mechanics that not concern the job should be abandoned. We want free language lessons, though with sideconditions like:

*Giving people enough opportunities for childcare as they go to work and follow language lessons
*Flexible work hours so they can always attend those lessons
*We also need to take accessibility with public transport in to account.

This conditions to motivate people to learn our language.

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.

Random quote: "Public schools are government-established, politician- and bureaucrat-controlled, fully politicized, taxpayer-supported, authoritarian socialist institutions. In fact, the public-school system is one of the purest examples of socialism existing in America." - Thomas L. Johnson
