| By virtue of this bill, the State Controlled Enterprise "Airports" (Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze") shall be established and shall coordinate the operations and functioning of all the airports within the borders of the Republic of Valruzia. The SCE "Airports" shall provide the extensive and broadly understood maintenance of all airports in the Republic of Valruzia. It shall also be responsible for maintenance of the Central Airport of the Republic of Valruzia - Nowogard "Ignański" International Airport (Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy "Ignański" w Nowogardzie). The SCE "Airports" shall be responsible for air traffic control in the entire airspace of the Republic of Valruzia. The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport holds within his competencies the power to nominate the General Director of the SCE "Airports".
