Instead it creates a rising criminal element and does not allow us to regulate the quality of the product. Instead we propose a regulatory body to license and inspect legal marijuana businesses and stores. |

Current: The government is entirely responsible for the controlled sales of recreational drugs through operating stores and other locations.
Proposed: Recreational drugs sales are handled by private foundations which are heavily regulated by the government.
