In 4248 begins the Dolgavan Economic Advancement Program, a program created by the Liberal Confederation of Dolgava to economically develop Dolgava with the goal of improving the quality of life of all Dolgavans. This bill records the past economic achievements of Dolgava, and will document any new economic achievements. This is the first draft of the bill, and its passing will officially start the program.
