| As part of our promise of Fiscal Responsibility we propose this bill to help close the gap. Whatever remaining deficit would then be made up for in a subsequent budget reform. We hope this combination of a moderate path - modest budget cuts and tax reforms - will continue to receive multi partisan support. |
