Bill: Declaration of a State of Exception

Details

Submitted by[?]: Semayawi

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4254

Description[?]:

In response to ongoing political instability and the danger it poses, we are invoking Article 21 of the Constitution - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=510708 and declaring that a state of exception exists. As such, we choose to re-appoint the current Government without seeking the approval of the Royal Assembly.
