Details
Submitted by[?]: Baltusian International Democratic Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 4256
Description[?]:
OOC: I have created a constitutional court archive to record verdicts and to track the progress of a case from file to verdict. This will be helpful for new players and for precedents. It can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LF_DTPP2E0oIuYAhEEP6dA0w7Tyf-HUaSkxIDhj54Gw/edit?usp=sharing |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
