| By virtue of this bill, the National Consortium "Walmaglew" (Państwowe Konsorcujm "Walmaglew") shall be established with a goal of research, development, construction and maintaining the network of high-velocity means of mass-transport capable of using magnetic-levitation and suitable for use on routes between major Valruzian cities. The Consortium shall have its headquarters in Brzańsk, Chynberg Voivodeship and shall be headed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation. The Council of Ministers shall equip the Consortium with means and financial liquidity necessary for the Consortium to operate. |
