| AN ACT to provide research into exploration of regions outside the area of terra's atmosphere. Article 1: Centre for Space Exploration and Research There shall be an independent agency of the government of the Kingdom of Kazulia coined the Centre for Space Exploration and Research (Kazulianisk: Senter for Romforskning og Forskning - SRF). The Centre shall be governed by a President (who upon being appointed by the Statsminister) shall exercise executive command and control over the daily operations of the agency. Article 2: Functions of the SRF The Centre for Space Exploration and Research shall:- (1) To build and to support satellite systems for space research and for Earth research from space. (2) To develop technologies, knowledge and scientific infrastructure (including laboratories and human resources) required for space research. (3) To push for international cooperation in the field of space research and exploration. (4) To encourage a greater understanding and appreciation for space research and exploration by the Kazulian populous. Article 3: SRF and the Defence Forces The Centre for Space Exploration and Research (SRF) shall cooperate with the Kongeforsvar on the coordination and collection of military intelligence in the form of the maintenance and the development of military-grade satellites. The Military Scientific Corps and the Information Technology Office of the Ministry of Defene shall work with the SRF in the development of advanced military satellites for the purposes of information gathering. Article 4: Budgetary Allocation In-order for the SRF to conduct its daily activities a budget for which it shall be allocated to the agency within the fiscal budget. An annual budget of 200 Million Krona ($29 Million LOD) shall be allocated to the agency from the fiscal budget of the Ministry of Science and Technology. ' This is a normal law as such it requires a 2/3 majority (of seats) within the Stortinget to be amended/abolished. |
