The lands and wildlife of Rutania should be enjoyed by all Rutanians, furthermore we should not restrict the citizens and entrepreneurs of this nation from succeeding in their financial endeavors no more than reasonably necessary for the common good of the Commonwealth. For these reasons we urge the Peoples Assembly to approve these measures and cut needless red tape. |
