Article 1 The Szövetségi Köztársaság Endralon (Federal Republic of Endralon) officially recognizes the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Federal_Republic_of_Kalopia-Wantuni as an indipendent and sovereign nation , also colloquially known as Eastern Kalopia. Article 2 Our nation recognizes the fact that the people of the easternmost provinces of Kalopia-Wantuni decided indipendently and without constraint to not become part of the Union of Kalopian Revolutionary Socialist Vanguardships (which was formed by the westernmost provinces) as part of the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation, to fund a real Democracy and not to fall under an oppressive regime: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6616&p=115579#p115579 and http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7436&p=115438&hilit=referendum#p115438.
