DECRYING the sore lack of proper legal representation for those who are not able to pay for it, UNDERSTANDING that the values of equality before the law and a fair trial cannot be provided to the people of Aloria if some Alorians are unable to acquire adequate legal representation, DECLARING the willingness and ability of the government to provide legal representation for indigent or low income Alorians who may have no means to pay for legal representation themselves. |
