Both the nation of Saridan and Hulstria hereby agree to an alliance treaty. This treaty aims to mutually bind both nations together. Both nations will work together for the betterment of each other, and will help each other out in times of need. Both nations agree to the following:

ARTICLE 1: MILITARY ALLIANCE:
Both nations agree to military cooperation. This means both nations are obligated to send military aid in the form of deployment of troops, military equipment, use of military bases if the other so requests in a time of warfare. Both nations will actively defend one another in a time of warfare.

ARTICLE 2: INTELLIGENCE SHARING:
Both nations will actively share gathered intelligence with one another, especially intelligence concerning mutual enemies, imminent attacks, or terror related plots. Greater intelligence sharing will mean that both nations will be looking out for one another.

ARTICLE 3: ARMS DEALS:
Both nations will forge a joint arms program. This means that both nations will have to commit a minimum of 7 percent of their defence budget in the program. The program will include joint purchases of military equipment such as fighter jets and nuclear weapons. All equipment purchased as part of the program will be shared, and can be used by each nation for other military conflicts.

ARTICLE 4: JOINT MILITARY TRAINING AND DRILLS:
As part of this treaty, both nations will conduct joint military training drills. In addition to this, both nations will set up a joint special forces unit. This special forces unit will be comprised of elite military personnel from both nations, and it will be overseen by top ranking generals from both nations.
