By virtue of this bill, the national flag of the Republic of Valruzia shall cease to be protected by the restrictive law which, under the current penal code, bars anyone from expressing his disappointment and simple anger with the state of the country. We understand that the flag represents the whole country and its citizens but it is not the government right to ban anyone to identify the flag with the current government. |
