Il parlamento della Repubblica Istaliana finds:

Nuclear weapons are a threat to global security and prosperity,

The Government of Istalia cannot guarantee the safety and security of its people while nuclear weapons exist in the world,

The existence of nuclear weapons on Istalian soil, as well as on the soil of neighboring countries posses an immediate threat to the people of Istalia,

Preventing the global proliferation of atomic weapons is in the best interest of all people.

Therefore, il parlamento della Repubblica Istaliana hereby declares that:

A.) The Government of Istalia will take immediate steps to reduce the proliferation of nuclear arms;

B.) The Government of Istalia condemns industrial entities that provide plutonium, uranium, hydrogen and any other material with uses in atomic warfare to any weapons manufacturing entity, government or private, foreign or domestic;

C.) Research into atomic warfare should cease immediately for the good of humanity.
