| The children of Aldegar, under current legislation are not protected by ANY labour laws. This is a disgrace is a modern state, as child protection laws have been enforced by advanced nations since the late nineteenth century. This is over 100 years ago! Children should have the right to be free from exploitation, and this state of affairs is a disgrace that will sully the Aldegarian nation for years to come if we do not act now. Although we do appreciate that some families rely upon the income of their children, and provision for regulated child labour should be made. |
