Description[?]:

After centuries of persecution and discrimination, the ulema of the two native Barmenian faiths has suffered irreparable damage, to the extent that one can barely find one or two scholars knowledgeable in the doctrines and scriptures of Ahmadism and Felinism. As a result of this severe shortage of educated religious teachers, the Barmenian people has found itself without proper guidance, and is thus all too easily tempted by various heresies and improper teachings. For that reason the Lion and Sun Alliance moves to facilitate and promote the access of missionaries and educators of our two faiths to move to the Sultanate and strengthen piety and knowledge.

Should this act pass, the Sultanate shall allow for simplified immigration procedures to teachers of Felinism and Ahmadism arriving from the following nations:

1) Republic of Selucia;
2) Sovereign Republic of Pontesia;
3) Majalite Kingdom of Kafuristan;
4) Imperial State of Kalopia;
5) Esinsundu Empire, Talmoria

Additionally, missionaries of the two faiths originating from other nations may benefit from the provisions of this act after a background check determining their level of religious instruction and the orthodoxy of their beliefs.

    Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
