| By virtue of this bill, the State Expropriation Agency (Państwowa Agencja Ekspropriacji) shall be established as the official government agency responsible for the matter of eminent domain and nationalizing private property for the public use. The State Treasury shall be responsible for the finances of the Agency. The Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for the functioning and internal affairs of the Agency. It shall be the exclusive power of the Minister of Finance to nominate and appoint the director of the Agency. However, the President of the Council of Ministers may at his/her discretion dismiss the appointed individual after consulting such decision with the Minister of Finance.
