| The single, national union is to be renamed to the Celestial Worker-Employer Negotiation League (CeNe League). Furthermore, to make it more democratic strikes shall require 50%+ turnout in voting to be legal. Democratic Workers Councils shall also be integrated into the CeNe League to bring industry further under control of the people - from now on the unions shall essentially control Sekowan industry.
