(English: Internet Fairness and Equality Act) Private ISP's ever since the creation of Valruzia's online infrastructure have engaged in price gouging and charging far more than is necessary. For Valruzia to be a true economic powerhouse, there needs to be universal access to the internet. The administration of the new public ISPs will be chaired by a non-partisan board of Experts who will be selected in based on scholarly renown, and serve life time terms, to avoid political Interference. |
