| Honourable members of the Parliament, ''Today, I do not speak to you as your Prime Minister, but as one of the 100 million citizens of Istalia. During my lifetime the discussion about the use of biological or chemical weapons has been growing fiercely. Now that Istalia has a law stating we will not use Bio- or Chem weapons in warfare, I and 5 million other Istalians who have signed this petition *rolls out a long roll of paper containing endless names* deem it in our best interest for Istalian foreign image and world peace to end all activity with these weapons only aimed at the mass destruction of families and communities. As a well-developped nation, we can not stand for these values. Now as your Prime Minister, I urge my coalition partners to do the same. As government of this nation we must stand for the end of an era with the constant threat of WOMD's.
