Section II: Local Government Structure Sekowo shall be divided into 5 帝国部 (Imperial Departments). There shall be two heads of these departments: one elected by the people of the Department and one appointed by the Senate. There shall also be Departmental Imperial Assemblies to act as legislatures. The Senate-appointed Viceroy shall have veto powers over any local law. |
