Description[?]:

10 years ago a single individual in the city of Kostandia had a vision.
That vision was of a nation revived by the spirit of national identity and culture.
And that individual was Venka Fenikso.

Venka Fenikso was born in 4221, under the Marŝo Petkido dictatorship.
He longed for freedom and political action, but he loved Kostandia too much to leave.
So he stayed there, being the best citizen he could be.

But things changed in 4237.
The Augustan Revolutions occurred and the Liberecana Unio was defeated once and for all.
During those years, Venka became a local representative of the Imperia Augustan Frakcio and joined the military.

In 4240, Venka married the lovely Maria Paĥis (niece of President Okeano Paĥis). And the couple had 3 children Okeano Fenikso (4240), Julia Fenikso (4242), and Aŭgusto Fenikso (4248).

But Venka retired from his political life in 4260, do to both health problems and the rise of the People's Partio at the time.
And in the same year Venka came to a small church in Kostandia, called the Preĝejo de Elija (Church of Elijah).

Within this new community Venka found a new home. His personality greatly changed from a political rebel to a religious man.
But Venka would not forget the past.
And in 4265, Venka founded a small organization known as the Sankta Ordo (Holy Order), which became the base of the modern
Sankta Partio.

Venka worked in the Sankta Ordo for seven years before convincing his son Aŭgusto to take his place.
Venka watched as his organization grew under his son from a small locality to a national revolutionary movement.
And as Aŭgusto transformed a generation, Venka remained at his church and a local hero.

June 8th of this year. Venka Fenikso died while fighting lung cancer.
And we at this convention have honored him in this Dedication, and we pray for his journey to the after-life.
