This Legislation hereby repeals all Articles contained within the Basic Law of Goverance, dated 4262. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=535142 This legislation further dictates the new laws under which Karfuistan shall be governed. Article 1: Kafuristan is a democratic Republic whose Head of State is directly chosen in free elections by the electorate of Kafuristan. Article 2: Government in the Kingdom of Kafuristan derives its authority from the people of Kafuristan and is determined by the outcome of democratic elections. Article 3: In accordance with the laws outlined in Articles 1 & 2, King Sayyid Ameen shall be removed from office and relieved of all titles and honours. All claims of rulership for him and his descendents shall be hereby null and void Article 4: All government employees must agree to maintain political independence in order to ensure a peaceful transition to a democratic Republic. |
