| In order to encourage the economic and social development of Tukarali and to minimise the undesirable elements of the population we propose that we move to an immigration policy that favours immigration from "developed" countries. Citizens from Tier One countries would be encouraged to migrate to Tukarali and the process shall be made as easy as possible, whereas restriction would be put in place on immigration from all other countries. A list of Tier One countries is as follows; Alduria Aloria Beluzia Cildania Deltaria Dolgaria Dorvik Dundorf Egelion Endralon Gaduridos Hutori Istalia Kanjor Kazulia Kirlawa Kundrati Likatonia Lourenne Luthori Mordusia Narikaton and Darnussia New Endralon Pontesi Rildanor Rutania Saridan Seleucia Telamon Trigunia Valruzia Zardugal All other countries are regarded as Tier Two and measures shall be put in place to make immigration harder from those countries. |
