Section I.) PROVINCIAL EDUCATION MINISTRIES Article 1.) Upon the Passage of this Bill the duty of maintaining, funding and administering Public Primary, Secondary and Post-Secondary Education Institutions is the sole responsibility of the Provincal Governments. Article 2.) Private Education Institutions will be exempt from Provinicial Mandate as long as Federal Guidelines on Education are being maintained. Article 3.) The Bekenial Military College will remain under the control and command of the Ministry of Defence which will be responsible for its funding, maintenance and administration. Section II.) FEDERAL GUIDELINES Article 4.) The Federal Ministry of Education is responsible for the study and oversight of Provincal Education Ministiries and Curriculums and ensuring compliance with Federal Minimum Standards. Article 5.) All Education Institutions are required to report feedback to the Federal Ministry of Education ensuring minimum standards have been sustained. Article 6.) Non Government Schools may apply for exemptions to Federal Guidlines on a case by case basis. |
