Voting deadline: September 4299
Description[?]:
His Excellency, Minister Wágner Martins (Defence), from the Partido Socialista Democrático, proposes the creation of public owned industries, with the goal to provide our already consolidated military industrial complex (composed of private enterprises) new technologies, scientific discoveries and any kind of strategic improvements/manufactures that'd rather remain as state secret (classified information). Such specialization should be more efficient than our current subsidies, since we could better utilize our research capacities and our researchers, exploring the fact we can actually afford the risks of any losses or derisory profitability. |
