| It is very likely that Hulstria, along with its third-world ally Ostland, will soon be at war with the international community with the imminent passage of Resolution 47 in the Security Council.: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=7662) This RP bill is in accordance with the game rules and seeks approval from players in the nation to conduct this war RP. A) The two sides of this conflict are (although this is fluid): 1) Hulstria and Ostland. 2) Istalia, Hutori, Dorvik, Malivia, Indrala, Kazulia. B) Forces involved: 1) Hulstria has 275,000 regular troops and 200,000 reserves but only around 65,000 are in Ostland. Ostland has an estimated 25,000 men fit for fighting purposes - mainly militia. 2) International coalition - numbers to be confirmed but likely to be around the 100,000 mark backed by Istalia's and Hutori's naval fleets. C) Proposed resolution of this Conflict: In discussion with players from other nations involved in the RP, we see this in the same light as the first stage of the Western Coalition versus Iraq conflicts, which may be a short military period followed by liberation of Ostland and occupation of that nation for some time by the coalition forces. Then, through justified RP, the invasion of Hulstria and potential regime change - although there is the opton this will be headed off through diplomacy.
