| Members of the Reichstag, We can regrettably confirm that the plague is now affecting our communities in the south and east of the country and it is proving difficult to contain the spread. These are mainly Class C citizens but it is not exclusive to that ethnic grouping which is concerning. We must now close our borders and attempt to stop an influx of foreigns both from the developed and third world bringing the disease in from other avenues. We also plan to offer our help and support to the new international health body being set up by World Congress as we must be included in nations offered the vaccine to prevent the so-far incurable plague spreading to large numbers of Class A and B citizens too. Furthermore, we will use this foreign policy bill to formally remove our support for Dorvik within the security council. They have proven to be treacherous in their removal of protection for our nation and have actually threatened us with nuclear annihilation a highly irresponsible line to take.
