Bill: Controlled Pharmaceuticals Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Whig Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4304
Description[?]:
The policy of handing out free pharmaceutical drugs to those considered low income only leads to increased pharmaceuticals in the hands of criminals, children, and addicts. The current policy is a government subsidization of the many addicts within our nation. The Commonwealth has very relaxed economic policies for the most part that offer a great deal of opportunity and the Commonwealth helps those in low income brackets with their healthcare, many Rutanians see this policy for what it is, there are those who choose not to work in order to be deemed low income so they can get free drugs and then sell those drugs all on the backs of hardworking tax payers |
Proposals

Old value:: The government supplies free pharmaceutical drugs to those on low incomes.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
