Bill: P.I.4303 Kjerne civil liberties manifesto
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4304
Description[?]:
Herr Huspresident, We submit this bill, so as the electorate shall recognize there is still a party in Kazulmark that stands up for democratic and liberal principles against any open or covert totalitarian ambitions from the fascists and the royal house. We presume we will never see a new election and a full parliament if they have their will. The situation is charged and we need to fight fire with fire. If the situation is not resolved and a new election presently called, we must exhort the people to take to the streets and call for Republic. Atlas Skuldristen (Kj) |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
