We should not risk allowing private enterprises to cause any harm to objects in space or to the people of Terra through the exploitation of resources. Using animals for cosmetic research has the potential to either limit or eliminate the current risks posed to humans. Government regulation of cosmetic research will ensure that the animals are treated humanely. |
