Description[?]:
I have convened this extraordinary session of the Reichstag to inform Party Members of plans to boost industrial productivity as we gear up for War. We will remove the restrictions on working hours and remove the minimum wage in order to allow employees to employee more people for less and increase output. We believe citizens will understand these measures and do their patriotic duty. Furthermore, I have ordered the establishment of regional agricultural administrations to help increase farm output. These bodies have been authorised to draft in Class C citizens aged between 16 and 40 to work on the land. This new labour force will not be paid to help protect our economy. However, the administrations will ensure they have adequate food and shelter to function. These measures are necessary to ensure we are ready to meet our enemies when there need arises.
