| All members of the male gender should be circumcised. Such actions will satisfy the religious ways of many, as well as help contribute to the health of the future population. More than 40 thousand kids die every year from phimosis, this can be avoided if one were to vote for state enforced circumcision. If a family does not go through with such decision they will be penalized financially and may receive a timely order in a state prison |
