| Alessandro Eugenio di Nacosia-Rohan, deputy Whip of LP: "Mr Speaker, the last time we proposed this bill we received responses and we heard comments simply doesn't in line with the reality and the rules of the nation, full of unrealistic "examples" and lack of argouments to protect what is it only just another mean for the employeers to incraese their contractual force toward the employees. No employees will can able to justify an absence or to justify lack of committment or of skills thanks to "a strike", which is a collective action adopted through the majority of the menbers of an Union, which, as already said at the time, unlikely will go in strike for a single unadapt worker, never! I don't think we will see more "intelligent" or "realistic" examples also during this vote, the right simply has not a logic motivations to oppose this changement, only their commingling with the employeers associations and the large industrial groups. For this reason we come here to present once again this bill. Thank you" |
