| The Whig Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. The People's Assembly has twice voted down increasing funding for the national police and our court system, this budget proposes that funding be increased before the end of the term. Laws have been reformed to allow the police to back up the police when enforcing laws around the nation but we must ensure the tragic events of 4311 never happen again, and that means giving all of our law enforcement the tools they need.
