Bill: Freedom of Business Organization Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Telamon Social Democrats
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4319
Description[?]:
Currently, in Telamonia, all businesses are mandated by law to organize and operate with worker's councils. Although the Telamon Social Democrats applaud direct worker control of businesses, we believe that a degree of freedom for organization should be granted to all businesses to operate under other models that allow for greater increases in efficiency and productivity. Therefore, this Act will scale back this strict mandate, but will offer incentives and benefits for all businesses that willingly choose to operate worker's councils. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
