| We, the Majles-e Shorâ of Aldegār, hereby exempt the Government Actors Cyphrus Security and the Hyperion Corporation from all laws and regulations pertaining to the legality of Paramilitaries within the borders of Aldegār. All operation of any Hyperion Corporation or Cyphrus Security aligned paramilitary force will be subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Hyperion Corporation or Cyphrus Security, whichever my apply. |
