Voting deadline: September 4325
Description[?]:
Whereas it is our belief that the act of carrying a child into this world is a sacred and beautiful act and we understand that there are those women who don't have the blessing to do so. Gainful and any surrogacy will allow for more rutanian children, and why shouldn't a women be compensated for the labor? However the sacred act of carrying a child should not be regulated by the government to force a mother to give up a child she has carried into this world, individuals engaging in surrogacy agreements should have enough of a personal relationship as to not require government intervention. |

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
