The Government shall establish a monthly quota on the amount of foreigners seeking entry into Beiteynu. the quota is designed to prioritize those individuals who are of economic value to the nation while avoiding the establishment of a system which categorizes entry on the basis of race or religion. citizenship shall be granted upon entry. In regards to Government policy relating to the entry of those seeking refuge from tyranny and persecution in it's most detestable and thus extreme form shall be granted the right of temporary asylum until necessary conditions in the land of their birth have improved and can be validated as such. the government shall provide a small amount of funding in order to integrate refugees. if the refugee decides to continue their residence they are more than welcomed to pursue an application for permanent residence and eventually citizenship. |
